Today's Update:  
My neck is a bit sore today. I wonder if it is because of the "Good Mornings" with the weight behind my neck.

Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 1
For Day 4 of Ripped in 30, I did a Week 1 workout.

Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)

I am getting more comfortable with the moves.  It feels good to get back into the swing of things.
