Day 23: Ripped in 30 May 28th

Today's Update:  
My arm still hurts but feels a little better than yesterday.

Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 4 Workout
For Day 23 of Ripped in 30, I did the Week 4 workout.

Equipment needed: one set of hand weights I've been using a set of 5 lb. weights

Modified again so I didn't make my injury worse.  Definitely harder than the past weeks workouts.

Workouts done for Week 4: 2
