Day 3: Ripped in 30 May 8th

Today's Update:  
I am looking forward to the workout.

Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 1
So, for this DVD, each week Jillian recommends 5 to 6 workouts per week.

Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)

It feels good to get back in the groove.

Actual time of the supposed 24 minute workout was 34 minutes (with all the transitions between moves and segments.)  There was 3 minutes of talking in the beginning of this workout.
