Today's Update:  
My arms are sore and my legs are sore as well.  This workout is working.  Motivation is low today.  Ha.  But I am keeping it going.

Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 4 Workout
For Day 25 of Ripped in 30, I did the Week 4 workout.

Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light) I've been using a set of 5 lb. weights

Workouts done for Week 3: 3
