Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Level 1
For Day 9 of Ripped in 30, I did the Week 2 workout.
Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)
I should make a comment that Jillian looks great in this DVD. The set for the workouts is higher budget, and the workout wear is now more streamline. It's a lot better than 30 Day Shred where Jillian wore sweat pants.
