Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 3 Workout
For Day 18 of Ripped in 30, I did the Week 3 workout.
Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light) I've been using a set of 5 lb. weights
I find Jillian motivates me in these workouts, even when I don't really feel like working out, but sometimes she says annoying things. She continues to say that the workout is 20 minutes.. Which it is not! She also was kind of annoying talking about how she wants to bounce a quarter off her assistants butts. Oh Jillian.
