Today's Update:  
I am not feeling well today.  I need a workout, but didn't get it done today. :(

Today's task: Rest
I am not feeling so good today. I think it is mostly because I haven't worked out in days. :(

I've been reading a book, Live Right 4 your Type, part of the Eat Right for your Type series by Peter D'Adamo and Catherine Whitney.  It describes how I need cardiovascular exercise for my balance.  I think I believe it.  I feel very unbalanced today.
