Today's Update:
I am still upset with myself that I am injured and wish that my arm healed faster. :(
Today's task: Recovery
I was not able to do the recommended number of workouts. I am disappointed.
I figured out what exactly injured my arm. It was one move in the third circuit. I just have to remember how to push myself next time without injuring myself.
