The first day of Week 2 workout. I am excited to try.
Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 2
For Day 8 of Ripped in 30 I did the Week 2 workout.
Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)
The first day was a good workout.
Actual time of 24 minute workout was 31 minutes with a 30 second introduction. Better timing than Week 1, but still no where near the 24 minutes on the DVD sleeve.
