Ok. Day 1 of Ripped in 30. Let's see if I can keep up with this challenge.
Today's task: A Workout
Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 1
So Day 1 of Ripped in 30 is Week 1 workout.
Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)
The workout starts out with a brief warm up and then a few circuits of Jillian's 3-2-1 program. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs.
Actual time of the supposed 24 minute workout was 37 minutes (with all the transitions between moves and segments.) Oh Jillian, another DVD that has workouts labelled 24 minutes and actual time is way overblown.
The workout was good. I felt good after the workout. I thought it was interesting that the modified version and the advanced version were not too different.
