I do not feel like working out, but I want to stay ahead of my workouts this week. Please remind me to go to bed earlier. I am tired.

Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 2 Workout
For Day 10 of Ripped in 30 I did the Week 2 workout.
Equipment needed: one set of hand weights (light)
I felt better after my workout. Yay!
