Day 29: Beach Body Bootcamp May 4th

Today's Update:  
I am out of my exercise routine again.  But I am hoping to get back into it with the next challenge.

Today's task: Toning Day
Day 29 of the Beach Body Bootcamp program is a toning day.

I didn't do the toning workout today. I felt that I need more cardio and I had to get things going in my garden.  30 minutes of cardio with the motiontraxx mix and 1 1/2 hours digging in the garden.
