Shape Sexy Muscles
Day 8 of the Beach Body Bootcamp starts with the Shape Sexy Muscles workout.
Equipment needed for the Level are as follows: Exercise Band
Part 1: The workout:
Squat and Twist
Hike and Row
Proposal Curls
T is for Triceps
Rock Band
Side Plank Pull
Slying Sumo
Resist a Push
I am getting the hang of this workout. I like it and it seems like an efficient use of time. No big results yet though.
