Today's Update:
I am feeling a little more normal today although I was up last night for an hour and couldn't sleep.
Today's task: Toning Day
Day 23 of the Beach Body Bootcamp program is a toning day.
Equipment needed for workout is an Exercise Band
Part 1: The workout:
Squat and Twist
Hike and Row
Proposal Curls
T is for Triceps
Rock Band
Side Plank Pull
Slying Sumo
Resist a Push
Since I did toning yesterday and you are not supposed to do 2 toning days in a row, I did a cardio day, a little switch.
