Today's task: A Workout
Shape Sexy Muscles
Day 5 of the Beach Body Bootcamp is the Shape Sexy Muscles workout.
Equipment needed for the Level are as follows: Exercise Band
Part 1: The workout:
Squat and Twist (12 reps each side for 3 sets)
Hike and Row (15 to 20 reps each side for 3 sets)
Proposal Curls (10 reps each side for 3 sets)
T is for Triceps (12 reps for 3 sets)
Rock Band (10 reps each side for 3 sets)
Side Plank Pull (10 reps each side for 3 sets)
Slying Sumo (12 reps for 3 sets)
Resist a Push (10 reps for 3 sets)
I have to say I really enjoy the fact that I can do these moves pretty much everywhere. All you need is a band and a doorknob. I am getting more used to this workout and I feel like it is working.
