I was able to modify Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Body Rev Cardio Conditioning workout so that I don't make my diastasis recti (DR) worse. I tried to make it through the 1 hour workout and found it to be too repetitive so I stopped. It did seem like I was actually working my muscles and it was fairly good cardio workout.
I have been so lax in getting back to my workout and feeling extremely out of balance, more than normal. The house is getting out of control and I feel as though I am not getting anything done. I need to get back to the challenges so that I take care of myself.
