Well, I haven't posted in quite some time and I was thinking I should do an update. I haven't been doing much fitness over the last month. :(
I started a 6 week challenge on my Wii Active More Workouts game, which I had still unwrapped at my house. I started it a few weeks ago and then promptly was sick for a week. :( Nothing bad just not feeling well.... So I started again and then my husband was sick and I wasn't able to use the tv for my workouts.. :(
I was worried when I started that the game would try to make me do activities that I cannot do due to my diastasis recti. I was pleasantly surprised that I am able to unclick and not do the crunches and abdominal exercises that they have scheduled. Whew!
I am behind on my workouts. I believe I have missed 4 workouts, which equals one week of workouts. The game is set up for 4 workout days per week. I think I can catch up a bit this week. Cross my fingers.
